Description
A steamed cake with raisins and bacon
Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 1 packet yeast
Steps
- Mix all ingredients into a batter/dough and let rise for 1 hour
- Pour into a greased bundt pan or mold
- Steam for about 1.5 hours (bain-marie method)
- Slice and serve with butter and syrup
