Description

A steamed cake with raisins and bacon

Ingredients

• 250 g flour
• 2 eggs
• 300 ml milk
• 100 g raisins
• 100 g bacon cubes
• 1 packet yeast

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients into a batter/dough and let rise for 1 hour
2. Pour into a greased bundt pan or mold
3. Steam for about 1.5 hours (bain-marie method)
4. Slice and serve with butter and syrup
