Description
A deep-fried snack with egg and ragout
Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 ml ragout (chicken or beef)
- Breadcrumbs, flour, egg (for coating)
- Oil for frying
Steps
- Let the eggs cool and peel them
- Completely cover each egg with a layer of ragout
- Roll in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- Fry at 180°C (350°F) for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown
